A pigmented spear with a cylindrical bamboo shaft, a flat lanceolate metal head hafted with wool string and adhesive, and with fibre string binding at the proximal end. There is a torn, cream adhesive label with scalloped edges which has two pieces of text, one is handwritten in pencil and reads "8", the other is printed in red ink and reads "JO[...] / AUSTRALIAN NOTE [...]".
On display at the National Museum of Australia.
