Bronze next-of-kin plaque. An allegory of Britannia, and a lion, are below "HE DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOUR". The name of the dead soldier, "ALISON HOPE OLIVER", is embossed in raised letters within a raised rectangle. The initials "ECP", [designer Edward Carter Preston] appear above the lion's right forepaw.
