Physical description

Black and white cartoon with several 'vignettes', depicting various contemporary events. The cartoon is headed: 'TO SUM UP'. An example is: the prediction: 'In-vitro fertilisation could cost 1,000 more'. Underneath, a couple looks into a large test-tube containing a baby, saying: 'I guess all we can do is window shop'.
