Handwritten message on reverse is addressed to 'Mrs Martin / S.S. Hobart / Adelaide / South Australia' and reads 'How are you getting on, Having a goo / time I hope. Things are alreight here / Daisy and Marie are over every / night and afternoon. They are fine / company. Terry Alley cam in last / night from Sydney, & went on in / the mail, he is driving to Xeter / this month. It is real hot here / to-day, just like spring / Sara & Daisy & I are going / out now for a walk. Very best / love from all. Loving [??] /out on the / ocean / sailing.'

Physical description

Postcard with a sepia toned photograph of rocks and the ocean. There is a message on the reverse, and a postmark which reads "12 May 1909".
