Handwritten message on reverse reads 'Thursday / 4/2/09 / Dear T[?]is / I suppose you are waiting / to hear from me as you never / rang me up I came to the / conclusion that you have gone / home. Well I hope you are hav / ing a good time and plenty / of sleep. You had better make / the best of it now for it will / be a long time before you get / another Holiday. I suppose you / will be real cheeky when I see / you. I am not certain about com / ing up on Saturday night. I / don't know how things will go after / being away last Satruday but / I will do my best to get away. / If I do manage it I will come / by the tram [?] hoping all / well at home Love from / Jack'
