Jessie went to a dance last night / and took Alma and I. but did not dance / as they were all to good at the game. / Tell Dick if we haven't told him that / Thoroul is full up. A lady came and / asked Mrs Bachagg to take a couple / of her boarders but they had to refuse / The place Dick stayed at has closed / up so he wants to see about it. / How did Dad get along in must / have been quiet there still I / suppose you made enough noise / We're off the Mr. Mrs tomorrow morning / Ernie is home [?] the paper had a / great welcome. / Well Herb I'm just writing too little Fred Beehagg so will say au Revoir / Best love to all from [?] / [across top] Tell Cec Ivy Taylor has / another boy and engaged to him too.'
