Physical description

A small black diary for 1921 owned by Edgar Richard Mayne. In this diary Mayne records information about the tour to England and South Africa as a member of the 1921 Australian Cricket Team. The first entry in the diary is dated "Monday 14th March 1921" and the last entry is dated "1st January 1922". All entries are handwritten in black ink. The inside cover has an illustration of a rural scene. The fly page has the name and address of Edgar Richard Mayne. text on the cover of the diary reads "CHARLES LETTS SELF OPENING DIARY No.1".
