Physical description

A postcard featuring a black and white photograph of a beach scene, and a message on the back. The image shows a beach scene with people in the water and on the sand. Behind the beach are fenced off grassed areas with trees. There is a building with a castellated roof line at the left of the photograph and in the background there are buildings and trees. At the bottom of the photograph is the text "NEILSON PARK BEACH". The message on the back reads "Dear Chas / How would you like to have a / paddle in this beach I will soon / be home again with you / I hope you are looking after Mother / & June for your loving / Father".
