Object information

Physical description

A postcard featuring a black and white photograph of a tram on a wet, debris covered road, and a message on the back. A tram with the number 106 is in the middle of the road with one person in front looking at the road and another sweeping or shovelling. There is a pole with cross bars in the background and part of a shopfront sign at the left of the photograph. At the bottom left is the text "OXIDE ST / AFTER THE RAIN / J.Wooler - PHOTO - JAN 14/10". On the back the address reads "Mr & Mrs E.J. Clarkson / Portland / Mudgee Line / New South Wales". The message reads "I hope your / like your change / of locality / Best wishes / from / [signature]".
