Physical description

A postcard featuring a coloured photograph of Central Railway station in Sydney and a message on the back. The photograph shows a steep ramp with a central railing and two men walking down beside it. At the top the rounded roof of the building is visible. The address on the back reads "Mrs Bickley / 90 Denison Rd / Lewisham". The message has the last part of it at the top of the card and the beginning underneath it. The main part reads "Dear Mum / Just a line to tell / you that I will come / up to-morrow. (Saturday) / to fix the gas. so if Dad / is going out ask him to / leave the Keys of the shed / as I will want to get a brace and [bib?[". The section above reads "we got home alright last / night & my face is better today / Best love from you [---?] Will". There is a postage stamp and a postmark for Redfern.
