Physical description

A postcard featuring a colour illustration of a ship underway, with a message on the back. The ship has a black hull and white upper decks, with two gold and black coloured funnels. It has a mast at each end and the word "BRITANNIC" is on the side towards the front. Across the bottom of the card is the text "Cunard White Star "Britannic"". The message on the back starts "Dear Mac / We're now on / the "Brittanic" [sic] for England / To-day it was so rough / in the dinning room / mums & Jean's / chairs tipped over...."
