Physical description

A postcard featuring a coloured photograph of a steam ship with houses near the water in the background and text on the back. The steam ship is black on the bottom half with white raised section with windows, in the centre. It has two funnels in dark red and a mast at each end. The ship is on calm waters in front of land covered with grey coloured buildings. In the top left corner is an image of a white life ring with the words "S.S. CARONIA / CUNARD S.S. Co." on it. Inside the ring is pictured a red flag with a yellow lion motif on a black background. The card is addressed to "Master Albert Elliot / ["Nirvana?"] / St Georges Crescent / Drummoyne.". The text starts "Dear Albert / I hope you are well..." There is a postage stamp and a postmark on the back.
