Balfour Hotel

Physical description

A postcard featuring a black and white photograph of "BALFOUR HOTEL" in Sydney, with a message on the front and back. The hotel is a corner building with a clock tower, two larger gables and two smaller ones. Some of the windows are set forwards of the main building facade. The text at the bottom reads "BALFOUR HOTEL / corner King and Elizabeth Streets / PAUL KEIG, proprietor". The postcard has been adhered to black card and then pulled off again. The message on the back is covered by the remains of the black card. The corners of the postcard have been clipped.
