Description

Reproduced by Basedow in the "Brisbane Courier" (22 September 1928). Caption reads: 'The Mackay Exploring Expedition-The Blackboy "Neighbour" who was the recipient of the Royal Humane Society's medal.' Neighbour was awarded the Albert medal for saving the life of a policeman in 1911.
