Teleprinter printout dated 11.11.1975 on white paper with black text; "The Appropriation bills, which have now been deferred by the Senate three times, will be introduced in the House of Representatives for a fourth time today. They are expected to be guillotined through and again introduced into the senate but the Opposition have made it clear, despite Mr Whitlam's apparent intention to call a half senate election, they are firmly resolved not to pass supply.".
