The Colin Dent Collection consists of one green and black striped costume worn during the closing ceremonyof the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. The costume, featured in the "Pricscilla" section of the ceremony, comprises one large hat, one pair of gloves, one vest, one pair of trousers and one pair of shoes.

This made-to-measure costume was worn by Colin Dent (above), a draughtsman and film set designer from Sydney during the Closing Ceremony of the 2000 Olympic Games on 1 October 2000. Colin was brought in to design the "shoe bike" for the "Priscilla" part of the Closing Ceremony. It was whilst working on the bike in the old Sydney railway sheds that the on-field casting co-ordinator passed by and asked if Colin wanted to be in the ceremony. The work on the bike and the rehearsals required for the Ceremony were arduous. No rehearsal had been possible in the stadium itself, so walking out inot a crowd of 120,000 spectators on the night was a daunting prospect. However, according to Colin, the evening "went like lightning".
